 2010 Isuzu 4x4 speed manual 161000km 
This 3.0L 4x4 NLS200 was delivered in late October 2010 
Its GVM is 4.5 which can be driven on normal car licence
Designed for use as fibre optic workshop, this truck has never been used for cartage and has very strong 3L engine. had Nixons engineering at Wagga Wagga install the leveling kit so could work on the bench's inside without my test equipment falling off the tables on uneven surfaces.
I recently had the major service done by Isuzu Motors Wagga Wagga at 160,000 km and passed with clean bill of health. 
As this truck already has power, air conditioning plus hydraulic leveling kit it would suit being used as Mobile Home, Mobile Workshop, Food van or simply use it as truck!
The truck is 3.45m in height. The length of the back section is about 3.4m with more than enough height to stand up without having to crouch down.
The truck has couple of bumps and scratches but overall is in very good condition. There is dent in the front end of the passenger door and the rear step has some small damage from jackknifing box trailer. These can been seen in the photos which help form the description.  
NOTE: The two black things on the side of the wall in the back are tables. These ARE INCLUDED in the sale, however the configuration of cabinets in the last photo are NOT INCLUDED. provided this picture to demonstrate the use of the fold down tables on the wall.  The configuration for sale can be seen in all but the last photo.
